Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or animal science; 15 years related experience is a plus.
• Regional Sales Manager or similar poultry leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of the poultry industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Strong coaching and leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with ability to plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Excellent project management, prioritization and multitasking.
• Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship-building.
• Analytical thinker interpreting sales data to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
