Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement – Southeast to lead a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers. This role drives reimbursement strategy to optimize patient access for Amgen Bone Health medications across parts of the Southeast U.S., coaching managers, aligning cross-functional priorities, and ensuring compliant execution.

The position requires advanced payer/reimbursement expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to observe field activities and coach

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's/Bachelor's with extensive access arena/pharma experience required.
• Experience leading field reimbursement teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of Field Reimbursement Managers to meet KPIs and ensure excellent access.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities into territory plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, Operations and Training teams.
