Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Recruitment to lead regional outreach and enrollment efforts. The ADR will develop strategies, plan events, and present programs to prospective students, including civilian and military targets.

Responsibilities include supervising Regional Recruitment Counselors, coordinating with education service officers and enrollment teams, and traveling as needed to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft OS, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in higher education recruitment and managing recruitment teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional recruitment strategies and represent the University at forums and events.
• Plan, attend and execute event attendance and university presentations regionally and virtually.
• Oversee Regional Recruitment Counselor(s) and evaluate recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Travel regionally and nationally as needed; engage with ESO, HR managers, and enrollment liaisons.
