Embry-Riddle is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Recruitment to lead regional recruitment, outreach, and marketing efforts. You will supervise Regional Recruitment Counselors, develop regional strategies, and engage with Education Service Officers and industry contacts to meet enrollment goals.

The role is remote with moderate travel, requiring strong communication, coordination across departments, and a proven higher-education recruitment background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of information systems and Microsoft applications.
• Proven track record for meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Must be a dynamic, motivated recruitment professional with higher education experience.
• Excellent customer service to coworkers, staff, students, faculty and customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a high standard of personal conduct, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Moderate travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional recruitment and outreach to meet enrollment goals.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual recruitment events and presentations.
• Supervise Regional Recruitment Counselors and monitor territory performance.
• Develop regional strategy and establish industry and education contacts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure admissions activities and policies are followed.
