Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking an Area Manager to join our Corporate Regional Management team. This role can be remote with travel to assigned areas or located within the territory, overseeing 5–8 properties in Metro Atlanta, GA and Greenville and Myrtle Beach, SC.

You will mentor Property Managers, develop teams, and drive results through a focus on sales, resident relations, and safety. Expect leadership, accountability, and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience; mobile home experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, including hiring top talent and developing successful teams.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to travel up to 50% by car and airplane.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive to 100% occupancy across assigned properties.
• Maintain 95% staffing levels with high‑performing team members.
• Manage profitability and operate with an owner mindset.
• Protect Riverstone’s reputation in the mobile home property management sector.
