Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience; mobile home experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership, including hiring top talent and developing successful teams.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to travel up to 50% by car and airplane.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 5–8 properties across GA/SC, driving performance to company goals and expectations.
• Mentor and support Property Managers and their teams, fostering sales, resident relations, and safety culture.
• Maintain occupancy targets, staffing levels, and profitability by managing P&L with an owner mindset.
• Uphold Riverstone’s reputation within the mobile home property management industry.
