Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking an Area Manager to join our Corporate Regional Management team. This role can be based remotely with travel to assigned areas or located within the territory, overseeing 5–8 properties in Metro Atlanta, GA and Greenville & Myrtle Beach, SC.

You will mentor Property Managers, drive occupancy, staffing, and profitability while maintaining Riverstone’s industry reputation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management (mobile home experience preferred),

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience; mobile home experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to hire and develop teams.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to travel up to 50% by car and airplane.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to support team outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 5–8 properties in the Metro Atlanta, GA and Greenville & Myrtle Beach, SC areas.
• Mentor and support Property Managers and their teams.
• Drive performance in line with company goals and KPIs; focus on occupancy and staffing.
• Maintain profitability at all locations; develop an ownership mindset.
• Uphold Riverstone’s reputation within the mobile home property management industry.
