Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of conventional multifamily communities primarily in the Atlanta market, with travel across the Southeast. You will mentor on-site leaders, optimize performance, ensure compliance, and drive financial and operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Property Manager and 2+ years as a Regional Manager, with CPM/CAM/CMCA

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years as a Property Manager and 2 years as a Regional Manager in multifamily housing.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a portfolio of communities, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.
• Prepare, review, and approve annual operating budgets for each property.
• Monitor expenses through PO approval and vendor management; conduct monthly financial reviews.
• Recommend and oversee capital improvements to maintain market position.
• Inspect operations and partner with on-site teams to deliver quality resident experiences.
• Lead, train, and mentor Property and Area Managers; drive accountability and growth.
