Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across Texas. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and operational excellence while leading and developing on-site teams.

You will partner with Community Managers and corporate leadership to align regional performance with company growth objectives, implement standards, manage budgets, and optimize processes across properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with regional leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple communities through on-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, occupancy, renewals, and revenue management.
• Proficient with property budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or Entrata.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations and performance across all communities in the region.
• Coach Community Managers and ensure policy adherence across properties.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention across the portfolio.
• Monitor rental income, collections, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Develop, review, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Travel regularly between assigned properties to ensure standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize practices.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support operations.
