Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred.
- Experience with California Regional Center system, particularly San Andreas Regional Center.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional program initiatives and onboarding activities.
- Oversee intake activities and document management.
- Manage daily regional workload to advance new clients through intake.
- Support administrative projects and strategic regional initiatives.
- Track and manage regional data throughout the intake process.
