Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead therapy operations across multiple sites in the Northeast United States, ensuring compliant rehab oversight and strong PDPM-based reimbursement performance.

The role requires extensive experience in long-term care, multisite management, and a deep understanding of PDPM, Medicare regulations, and HIPAA. It offers a remote work setup with required travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Therapist with degree in accredited program and licensed in the state of employment.
• Three to five years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting, including supervisory, administrative, or consultative capacities.
• Must have prior multi-site management with a background in clinical processes, training and mentoring.
• Current knowledge of computer technology and systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Extensive knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibility.
• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care documentation systems.
• Based in Alabama or Tennessee.
• Must hold an Active Therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA).

Responsibilities

• Provides training, consultation, and support for the assigned area.
• Analyzes systems and processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Works with teams to resolve issues and implement recommended changes.
• Promotes facility best practices and system improvements.
• Performs periodic audits of assessments and supporting documentation.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members to ensure quality care and reimbursement.
