Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead therapy programs across multiple facilities within the Northeast region, with remote work and travel requirements. You will drive clinical excellence, reimbursement performance, and patient-centered care in long-term care settings.

The role requires a licensed therapy professional with PDPM knowledge and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapy professional with degree from accredited program.
• Active state license in employment state.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Experience with multi-site management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for therapy operations across multiple facilities.
• Ensure reimbursement and PDPM compliance across sites.
• Train and mentor facility staff and therapy teams.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (Medicare, HIPAA).
• Foster excellent customer experience for clients and facilities.
