Care Options For Kids is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and develop a regional therapy team in Texas, ensuring high-quality patient care and strategic coordination across the El Paso region and surrounding markets. The role emphasizes leadership, budget planning, and KPI achievement, with oversight of home healthcare therapy services.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree and/or Doctorate in fields of Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all home healthcare therapy services to ensure optimal clinical processes and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to carry a caseload of 5 to 12 visits/week to support the region.
• Manages the day-to-day activities of their team’s department and provides leadership and support to the therapy team and related staff.
• Oversees regional clinical managers and team leads to ensure effective supervision during business hours.
• Collaborates with Administrators and other departments to support patients and development of operational strategies.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and assists with complaints/grievances as needed.
• Coordinate with local clinical operations including orientation and training of staff.
• Maintains awareness of legislative changes impacting operations and liability.
• Oversees clinical department budgets and allocates funds accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned.
