Evolve Therapy Services, LLC, a growing therapy management company in the long-term care industry, seeks a Regional Director of Operations. The role covers the Northeast U.S. with remote work and travel to facilities.

Responsibilities include optimizing rehab oversight, PDPM reimbursement, and ensuring compliant processes across sites. The ideal candidate will have multi-site management experience, clinical leadership, and strong communication skills, plus licensure in PT/OT/SLP/OTA/PTA.

Formación

• Therapist with degree from an accredited program and licensed in the state of employment.
• Three to five years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting with supervisory or administrative responsibilities.
• Active therapy license required.
• Must have prior multi-site management experience with clinical processes, training and mentoring.
• Proficient with PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation, training, and support for the assigned area.
• Analyze systems and processes to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes and monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct periodic audits of assessments and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Promote best practices and optimize facility performance in reimbursement and care.
