Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and mentor multi-site therapy operations across the Northeast US with a focus on PDPM reimbursement, compliance, and patient experience.

The role requires a licensed therapist, 3–5 years of long-term care clinical leadership, and proven ability to manage multiple facilities while driving performance and quality outcomes. Travel is required; remote work available.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with degree from an accredited program.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting including supervisory or administrative roles.
• Prior multi-site management with clinical processes, training and mentoring.
• Extensive knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibility.
• Experience with Net Health or Point Click Care documentation systems.
• Based in Alabama or Tennessee; willing to travel as required.
• Active Therapy license in the appropriate discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, analysis, and consultation to facilities and teams within the region.
• Monitor and modify facility processes to ensure compliant rehab oversight and payment performance.
• Conduct audits of assessments, documentation, and data to promote best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes and follow up on effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain high-level customer service.
