Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Regional Program Administrator Prelicensure ADN to lead and oversee the nursing education program across campuses. The role requires engaging leadership to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve the program in line with state and federal regulations.

You will supervise program directors and deans to ensure day-to-day operations meet the College’s mission. The position emphasizes faculty development, student retention, and program outcomes, including

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Nursing required.
• Doctoral Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing program with academic leaders to achieve NCLEX pass rates and student outcomes.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation to ensure quality education.
• Ensure compliance with state boards, accreditation, and regulatory standards for the program.
• Oversee admissions, progression, and graduation of students; manage policies for non-discrimination.
• Coordinate curriculum development and assessment to meet program outcomes and college goals.
• Provide reports to regulatory bodies and coordinate with program directors and deans.
• Travel will be required.
