Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Three years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to applicants, enrolled students, faculty, and staff with the Program Director.
• Monitor student outcomes and collaborate to improve completion and retention.
• Oversee admissions through review of applicants and readmissions.
• Support hiring, training, and mentoring of program faculty and staff.
• Participate in curriculum review, scheduling, and governance activities.
• Assist with graduation activities and student advisory planning.
