Job summary

QSC is seeking a Regional Product Manager to translate market insights into the strategy for Q-SYS solutions across a broad market. You will listen to customers, perform VoC analysis, and shape product planning with regional context and data-driven rationale.

You will train sales and cross-functional teams, develop competitive intelligence, and act as the regional product authority to drive lifecycle decisions and go-to-market execution for diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and product fluency in related fields.
• Strong business acumen with ability to forecast from market feedback.
• Systems-thinking to link data points to strategic tradeoffs.
• Excellent synthesis and communication to turn feedback into narratives.
• Analytical judgement with comfort in ambiguity and tradeoffs.
• Experience with VoC, win/loss analysis, market discovery or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market discovery including VoC, win/loss and validation.
• Translate field intelligence into actionable insights for product leadership.
• Collaborate with global product marketing and management for new planning and lifecycle decisions.
• Develop competitive intelligence like battle cards and objections handling tools.
• Drive regional NPI readiness by training and coordinating pre-sales demo products.
• Serve as regional product authority for sales, marketing, tech and leadership teams.
