Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years direct Process Safety Management experience in multi-site environments.
• Minimum 12 years of process operations or process safety experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Minimum 5 years of technical expertise in refrigeration systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in PSM through implementation of OSHA 29 CFR 1912.129 and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 programs; leadership in safety programs and data/root-cause analysis tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead a corporate-wide Process Safety strategy and ensure compliance across facilities.
• Organize and lead Process Hazard Analyses and Compliance Audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide support and training to site personnel on Process Safety programs and emergency response plans.
• Serve as primary resource for process safety regulations and standards; support facilities during audits/inspections.
• Oversee Management of Change; coordinate capital expenditure related to audit findings.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication of best practices between facilities.
