Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a senior Process Safety leader to develop and implement a corporate-wide Process Safety strategy and ensure compliance with federal regulations across multiple facilities.

The role includes conducting hazard analyses, audits, incident investigations, and supporting corrective actions, with travel up to 40% and residency in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will train site personnel, oversee change management, and coordinate safety-driven capital projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S, industrial hygiene, engineering, science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years direct Process Safety Management experience in multi-site environments.
• Minimum 12 years of process operations or process safety experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Minimum 5 years of technical expertise in refrigeration systems.
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1912.129 and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 programs, including leadership and data/root-cause analysis with safety software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate Process Safety strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across all facilities.
• Lead Process Hazard Analyses and Compliance Audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide support and training to site personnel on Process Safety programs and emergency plans.
• Serve as the primary resource for process safety regulations and support facilities during audits.
• Oversee the Management of Change process and capital expenditures related to audit findings.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Foster knowledge sharing of best practices across facilities.
