Saks Global seeks a Regional Director, People Business Partner to shape the people strategy for the Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue West Region. You will support regional leadership, drive HR initiatives, and coach executives while promoting an inclusive culture across 14 stores.

In this remote-based role with travel, you will partner with recruitment and HR teams to source talent, oversee training, and use analytics to guide decisions that align with luxury retail goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification in HR (or related field).
• 10+ years HR experience with multi-unit responsibility.
• Experience coaching and counseling multiple management levels.
• Leadership traits: customer focus, business acumen, influence, strategic vision, communication.
• Remote-based role with travel; fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship building and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategy for 14 West Region stores.
• Consult on organization changes and new structures with executives.
• Leverage people analytics to shape regional strategy with VP input.
• Foster an inclusive, engaged culture and act as coach to leaders.
• Partner with recruitment to source executive talent for openings.
• Ensure training and development initiatives are delivered.
• Drive results using sales and HR data to improve processes.
• Collaborate with compensation, benefits, legal, and HR teams.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
