Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Regional Director, People Business Partner to lead the people strategy for the West Region, supporting the executive team and store leaders across 14 Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus stores.

You will drive all people disciplines, coaching executives, overseeing associate relations, and performance management while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture across the region. This remote role includes travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification in HR (or related field).
• 10+ years HR experience, multi-unit preferred; knowledge of legal/regulatory HR.
• Experience coaching and counsel for multiple levels of management.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, influence, strategic vision, communication.
• Remote-based role with occasional travel.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent at building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional people strategy across 14 stores.
• Consult on org changes and design new structures with exec partners.
• Use people analytics and KPIs to drive the region's strategy with the VP, People Business Partner.
• Foster inclusive, engaged culture and act as external/internal champion.
• Coach Regional VP and store leaders; provide development and guidance.
• Partner with recruiting to source executive talent.
• Ensure training and development initiatives, including onboarding.
• Leverage sales and HR data to guide decisions and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with compensation, benefits, legal, associate relations, people technology, and people operations teams.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
