Saks Global is seeking a Director of Retail Learning & Selling Enablement to lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning and service programs across Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. You will oversee onboarding, leadership enablement, and selling excellence to elevate the client experience.

You will build a capable team, partner with senior leaders, and ensure programs align with brand identity and business goals while fostering growth and inclusion across Exemplar Luxury Group.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in retail learning, talent development, or selling and service enablement within a luxury or high-performance retail environment.
• 8+ years of progressive people leadership experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success designing and leading large-scale retail learning and enablement programs.

• Lead enterprise strategy for retail learning, selling, and service enablement across Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus stores.
• Lead a team of learning and enablement professionals, providing strategic guidance and development.
