Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, owner of Saks Fifth Avenue, seeks a Group Manager to drive sales by developing and leading effective selling teams and modeling clienteling behaviors to elevate the customer experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail.
• Full mobility required to support multiple locations.
• Develop, manage and motivate a sales team while executing company programs.
• Proficiency in using technology including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide clienteling culture and use of technology to drive sales and engagement.
• Coach Selling Managers to lead selling and model clienteling behaviors.
• Champion technology use to increase sales and enhance service.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and lead by example.
• Provide ongoing education to selling teams on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with DMMs, Buyers and Regional Store Merchandising.
• Oversee the majority of Selling Managers in departments.
• Develop top talent Selling Managers for promotion.
