Job summary

The Bowerman Group is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive HR strategy across the West region of our retail stores in Los Angeles. You will implement people processes aligned with our global standards and oversee HR support for 27 stores.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in fashion retail HR, with strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, and are prepared for up to 75% travel (3–4 days/week).
