Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a remote Regional Operations Manager for Samsung Electronics America. The role ensures brand standards at authorized service locations and develops short, mid, and long-term support plans aligned with Samsung goals.

The ROM will analyze data from call drivers and KPIs, present findings to the Client Operations team, and travel up to 80% to partner locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' lead / supervisor / management experience.
• Ability to coach and give timely feedback to peers or reports.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel (Vlookups, Hlookups, etc.).
• Ability to understand complex process documents and engineering specs.
• Fast learner in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify escalations and maintain relationships with service locations.
• Monitor support queues and shift resources as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams for ticket and technical support.
• Plan in line with global requirements and policies.
• Provide monthly program updates and KPI analyses.
• Review and optimize Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
