Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Samsung Electronics America, based in Sacramento, CA. The role focuses on managing brand standards across service locations, defining and executing short- to long-term support plans, and presenting data-driven insights to the Client Operations team.

The ROM will cross-functionally coordinate with multiple groups, monitor KPI trends, and drive operational excellence, including on-site reviews and near-term process improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years' lead / supervisor / management experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach others.
Experience reading and interpreting requirement documents and engineering specs.
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Identify and address escalations with service locations to optimize operations.
Monitor and adjust support queues to balance workload and response times.
Collaborate with Field Team, TOMs, ROMs, and FSS to ensure effective client service delivery.
Prepare and present KPI-driven performance updates to the client’s operations team.
