Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Regional Operations Manager to ensure brand standards are met at assigned service locations and to develop short-, mid-, and long-term plans for program success.

The role consolidates data from call drivers and KPI results, working across client, retailer, and support groups to drive market success. Expect significant cross-functional collaboration and quarterly on-site reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' lead / supervisor / management experience.
• Experience coaching and giving timely and relevant feedback to peers or direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel (Vlookups, Hlookups, Indexes, Charts, Graphs, Countifs, Sumifs).
• Ability to read and understand requirement documents and engineering specifications.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalations and maintain relationships with service locations to improve operations.
• Monitor support queues and shift resources as needed.
• Provide cross-functional support to Field Team, TOMs, ROMs, and FSS to supply technical and ticketing support.
• Plan according to client global requirements and adapt processes as needed.
