Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to present updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with ASC and BE service centers and understand their operations.
• Compile, edit and gather data to develop technical and operational reports.
• Manage regional KPI reporting and implement action plans.
• Support service partners with technical and procedural guidance.
