Job summary

FB Life Insurance Co of MI is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator Supervisor to support the Regional Field Sales Director and Territory Leaders. This hybrid role oversees RECO teams, establishes procedures, and acts as the main liaison with Home Office teams.

The position requires working with scheduling, recruitment pipelines, onboarding, events, and regional communications, in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of administrative experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• 65 wpm typing with accuracy required.
• Willingness to pursue industry-related classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Field Sales Director and Territory Leaders with daily operations.
• Coordinate calendars and daily operation tasks for Managing Partner.
• Manage recruiting pipeline database and communications.
• Attend networking and recruiting events to support hiring.
• Execute new agent contracting and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate regional meetings and events and assist with terminations or transfers.
