Job summary

2020 Companies is interviewing for a remote Regional Operations Manager representing Samsung Electronics America. The ROM will ensure technical standards at authorized service locations and develop short-, mid-, and long-term support plans to meet end-user and Samsung needs.

The role is cross-functional, analyzing data from KPI results and presenting findings to the Client Operations team. Travel up to 80% is expected, with strong leadership and process optimization duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lead/supervisor/management roles.
• Experience coaching and giving feedback to peers or reports.
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to translate complex processes into simple terms.
• Ability to learn technical information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalations and maintain relationships with service locations to improve operations.
• Monitor support queues and shift resources as needed to balance workload.
• Support cross-functional lines of business with ticket and technical support for client’s services.
• Plan in line with global requirements and adapt processes as needed.
