Job summary

2020 Companies is interviewing for a remote Regional Operations Manager representing Samsung Electronics America. The ROM will manage brand standards at service locations, define short- to long-term support plans, and consolidate data to present to the Client Operations team.

The role focuses on cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and ensuring alignment with Samsung’s brand vision across locations, with travel up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ lead / supervisor / management experience required.
• Proven ability to coach and give timely feedback to peers/reports.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Ability to learn technical information quickly in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate escalations and maintain relationships with service locations to improve operations.
• Monitor support queues and adjust resources as needed.
• Support cross-functional lines of business for technical and ticket support to clients’ services.
• Plan according to global requirements and update processes and policies as needed.
• Identify process improvements and living SOPs with client operations teams.
• Address support gaps with concrete plans and actions.
• Collaborate with client operations, training and engineering to support service partners.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for action.
• Provide monthly program updates on volume, SLAs, and trends.
