2020 Companies is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to represent Samsung Electronics America in the Sacramento area. You will lead cross-functional teams, define short-, mid-, and long-term support plans, and ensure brand standards across authorized service locations.

The role requires proactive data analysis, KPI reviews, and strong leadership to drive improvements. Expect travel and onsite collaboration with Field Teams and client operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' lead/supervisor/management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and maintain relationships with service locations to improve operations.
• Monitor support queues and adjust resources as needed.
• Provide monthly program updates and KPI analysis to the client's operations team.
• Perform on-site reviews and partner assessments to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Identify process improvements and SOP updates with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in onboarding and coaching field staff to ensure alignment with client requirements.
