Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking highly motivated loan officers to run their own business on a P&L basis remotely under our umbrella. Uncapped commissions and the freedom to grow your client base await.

Licensed in 28 states with full administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate, you can add LO's to your team or work solo while expanding your referral network and closing loans every month.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Benefit from administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
