Qualifikationen

• Experience in Marketing, Content, Community, Education, Social Media or a related field.
• Strong user sense to identify and understand users' needs and behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, building relationships with parents.

• Market Research & User Insights: Understand local schools, parent communities, and market trends.
• Parent Community Engagement: Engage with local parent groups and turn conversations into insights.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop content for WeChat and Xiaohongshu based on local insights.
• Local Marketing: Plan and execute local events, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Project Ownership: Drive marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating resources and outcomes.
