Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Content, Community, Education, Social Media or related field.
• Strong user sense to identify and understand users' needs and behaviors.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with the ability to build relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather user insights on local schools, parent communities, and trends.
• Engage with local parent groups and communities; translate interactions into actionable insights.
• Create content for platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu reflecting local needs and market insights.
• Plan and execute local parent events, partnerships, and education-related initiatives.
• Own marketing projects from planning through execution and review.
