Job summary

Crimson Academies is seeking a hands-on marketing campaign specialist to conceives and executes comprehensive campaigns from idea to launch. You will write copy, build ads, landing pages, and digital assets, and optimize performance while collaborating with regional teams to reach US, Canada, and LATAM markets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of direct campaign experience, proven copywriting skills for ads and emails, and familiarity with paid media across major platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing where you personally created and managed campaigns.
• Proven experience writing high-converting copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Experience managing paid advertising across META, Google Ads, and other platforms (not the technical side).
• Email marketing platform expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing strategy and personally execute every element.
• Write compelling ad copy for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build landing pages from scratch using page builders and optimize for conversions.
• Create presentation materials for webinars, partnerships and educational expos.
• Collaborate with content team, designers and the regional digital marketer to build campaigns targeting US, Canada and LATAM.
