Qualifikationen

• Experience in Marketing, Content, Community, Education, Social Media, or a related field.
• Strong user sense and the ability to identify and understand users' needs and behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to build relationships with parents.

• Market Research & User Insights: understand local schools, resources, parents, and market trends; identify user needs.
• Parent Community Engagement: engage with local parent groups, build authentic relationships, translate interactions into insights.
• Content Strategy & Creation: develop content for platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu based on insights; test directions.
• Local Marketing: plan and execute local events, partnerships, and initiatives with local organizations.
• Project Ownership: lead marketing projects end-to-end, coordinate resources, manage execution and review outcomes.
