Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Senior Living. The role is remote with up to 50% travel and may require overnight trips.

You will oversee multiple communities, visit sites, report regularly, and refine processes to effectively manage leads. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field, plus at least two years of direct Senior Living sales experience and strong leadership, communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships.
• Evidence of local referral network for developing referrals.
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communities in the assigned region and report to the Director of Marketing.
• Conduct site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting.
• Walk communities and develop new processes to work leads.
