Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Marketing professional for a 100% remote role. Must be in PST or MST. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, email blasts, website updates, resident stories, and videos in coordination with the Director of Marketing.

You will measure performance, optimize costs, and support branding across communities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 0–2 years of experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email Marketing, and Social Media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Email Marketing, Social Media.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute and manage marketing initiatives that build branding, drive traffic, convert leads, and grow revenue.
• Measure and analyze performance and recommend actions to maximize results and minimize costs.
• Execute email campaigns for all ISL communities, including paid and database emails, event announcements, and other ad hoc outreach.
• Assist with marketing automation setup and execution (website response, digital CRM program, email drip, digital magazine, etc.).
• Execute website updates and manage resident stories, employee recognitions, and reviews.
