Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee multiple communities in the assigned region. This remote role includes up to 50% travel, site visits, and quarterly reporting to the Director of Marketing.

You will develop new processes, nurture referrals, build partnerships, and lead lead generation and conversion efforts while maintaining a professional image and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships.
• Evidence of local referral network to develop referrals.
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.
