Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee marketing for multiple communities in the region. This remote role includes frequent site visits and reporting to the Director of Marketing to drive growth and referrals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare administration, plus at least two years of direct sales in Senior Living. Travel up to 50% with overnight stays is expected.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage marketing initiatives.
• Experience in senior living marketing and sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing activities for communities in the assigned region.
• Report to the Director of Marketing with weekly and quarterly updates.
• Conduct site visits and walk communities to assess needs and opportunities.
• Develop new processes and workflows to improve lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and community teams to drive referrals.

Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care

This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
• Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
• Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
