Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Senior Living. The role is remote with up to 50% travel and may require overnight trips.

You will oversee multiple communities, visit sites, report regularly, and refine processes to effectively manage leads. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships.
• Evidence of local referral network for developing referrals.
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth. Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.
