Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Senior Living. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and may include overnight trips.

You will lead marketing and sales initiatives, build partnerships, and develop referrals within the senior living sector. The ideal candidate brings a strong drive, excellent communication, and a proven track record in lead generation, conversion, and partnership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion).
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships.
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals.
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
