Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager - Prenatal for the DMV area (MD, DC, Eastern VA). The role leads a sales team reaching OB/GYN clinics and private practices with a first-of-its-kind NIPT test. You will shape strategy, enable clinical conversations, and drive growth in a startup-like environment.

The position is remote and reports to the Area Director. Candidates should have 4+ years in prenatal sales management and a proven track record in diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health.
• Experience selling directly to OBGYNs, MFMs, GCs in a regional territory.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Strong data analysis, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy for the DMV region.
• Lead and grow a team of sales reps to expand market share.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop representatives.
• Create customized pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
