Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. seeks a Regional Manager - Prenatal for the Gulf Coast (Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas). Remote role leading a sales team to bring first single-gene NIPT carrier and aneuploidy screen to OB clinics, MFMs, and private practices.

Requires 4+ years in prenatal/genetics sales and strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven planning. Role reports to the Area Director and offers uncapped commission with a total compensation package described in the ad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team of sales reps at a molecular diagnostics/genetics company.
• Experience selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal health in the Gulf Coast region.
• Proven track record with awards (e.g., President’s Club, Circle of Excellence) and strong closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Startup environment experience and ability to build out a new territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the Gulf Coast.
• Build and lead a team of sales reps to execute sales strategies and increase market share.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop representatives.
• Develop customized pitches to OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
• Use data to analyze sales results, identify industry trends, and monitor competition to raise sales.
