BillionToOne is seeking a Regional Manager - Prenatal for the Great Plains (Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota).

This remote leadership role requires 4+ years of field sales management in women’s health or prenatal diagnostics and will involve building and guiding a high-performing team bringing the first single-gene NIPT carrier and aneuploidy screen to OB/GYN clinics and private practices across the region.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven sales strategy for the Great Plains region.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team for prenatal diagnostics.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop representatives.
• Create customized pitches to OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal counselors.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive growth.
