Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager - Prenatal for the Northern Los Angeles region. The role leads a sales team focused on bringing a single-gene NIPT and carrier screening to OBGYN clinics, MFMs, and prenatal practices.

Remote position reporting to the Area Director, with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategy and client education. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in prenatal/genetics sales, lab diagnostics experience, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team of sales reps in molecular diagnostics/genetics
• Strong experience hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating a sales team to exceed goals
• Must have prior experience in lab diagnostics
• Proven track record of sales excellence and strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for the Northern Los Angeles region
• Build and lead a high performing sales team
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop representatives
• Develop customized pitches to OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal counselors
• Use data to analyze sales results and stay ahead of competition
