Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager - Prenatal for the Gulf Coast (Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas). You will build and lead a high-impact sales force focused on introducing a first-in-class single-gene NIPT carrier and aneuploidy screen to OBGYN clinics and private practices.

Remote work, with responsibility across a wide Gulf Coast footprint. The role demands 4+ years of field sales management in Women’s Health/ Prenatal diagnostics, plus a track record of exceeding sales goals

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales management leading a team of reps in molecular diagnostics/genetics (OBGYN/ Prenatal/ Reproductive Health focus preferred).
• Experience hiring, coaching, and motivating sales reps to exceed ambitious goals.
• Prior experience in lab diagnostics is required.
• Proven sales track record with awards and strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with strategic thinking and urgency to close.
• Ability to assess needs of OBGYNs/MFMs for consultative sales and logistics coordination.
• Desire to work in a startup environment and build a new territory and team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven sales strategy and business plan to grow market development in the Gulf Coast region.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team executing sales strategies and increasing market share.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop representatives.
• Develop tailored pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
• Use data to analyze sales results, track trends, and stay ahead of competition to drive sales.
