Job summary

Air Products seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across West Gulf Coast HYCO facilities. You will drive consistency, improve reliability, optimize costs, and develop maintenance talent regionally.

This role reports to the North America Maintenance Manager and collaborates with Operations, Engineering and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance and alignment with long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance, engineering, operations, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or management experience.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization supporting multiple production facilities.
• Drive consistency in maintenance execution and plant reliability.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.
• Develop and mentor maintenance talent across the region.
